We are here to answer any question you may have, from product information to order status. 0 3.  What are the care instructions?

Regular and typical care instruction are on the individual pieces on the tag. Care varies depending on what item you have ordered.

0 4.  What types of payments do you accept?

We proudly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL.

0 5.  How long does it take for an item to get through processing?

If it is a custom order, we need to make your garment so we typically ship with 2-3 weeks of receiving your cleared payment, however we do not guarantee a 3 week period, it may take longer, however we will give you an estimated time you receive your garment.

0 6.  What happens if the order is placed over the weekend?

We process orders on Mondays to keep handling times short for orders placed over the weekend. We do not ship on weekends.

0 7.  Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, please contact our customer service department for more information on bulk discounts.

0 8.  How long will it take for my clothes to arrive?

To avoid disappointment, we advise 4 weeks. Most times this is less! If you have some special date coming up that you need the clothes for - contact us and we'll tell you if it's possible!

0 9.  Do you accept all currency and international orders?

Yes we do! You can select your currency and shipment location while you place your order.

11.  Bespoke, or custom made

If the item description says custom made or bespoke, that is excactly what it is. We usually take 1-2 weeks to complete the process of making your hat or item and we will notify you our estimated time to make your product untill it ships
